Jeff, the owner of Evans Tuning, started his company in August of 2004. Upon his graduation from Lafayette College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Jeff decided to go against the norm and pursue a career in a field that he loves. His EFI experience lays in over 1000 successfully tuned Hondas, Acuras, Subarus, Mitsubishis, Nissans, DSMs, and Mazdas. From cars with bolt-ons to 1000+ whp turbo Supras, to all out drag race cars, Jeff has proven that he is one of the most knowledgeable tuners in the country. Backed by his M.E. degree, Jeff has the knowledge, experience, and capability to design and troubleshoot some of the simplest to the most complex of setups. Jeff has made every effort to help out the enthusiasts in this industry by offering numerous articles containing detailed information on various topics. He has also done extensive testing on some of the most widely used products and shared the results with the community. While tuning is his primary focus, Jeff has extensive amounts of hours in fabrication, engine assembly, and installs. Recently, Jeff piloted the Evans Tuning True Street Integra to a record-setting pass of 8.98 at 167mph. When he's not busy working in the shop, Jeff enjoys spending his time with his two sons, Jaden and Jensen.

Andrea has been a part of Evans Tuning since its inception in August of 2004. Along with being Jeff’s wife, Andrea is also the manager of the business. She, too, is a graduate of Lafayette College with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics & Business and in English. She is responsible for all aspects of managing Evans Tuning. Andrea’s association with Evans Tuning is not purely administrative, however. She considers herself to be a knowledgeable enthusiast in the industry and is the driver of the now retired Evans Tuning NOPI PowerStreet EG and NHRA SFWD CRX. She earned herself the title of being the first female to run a 9 second pass in SFWD along with being the first female to be named number one qualifier in a SFWD event. Like Jeff, Andrea enjoys spending her free time with their two sons, Jaden and Jensen.

Phil has also been part of Evans Tuning since the beginning. He became a car enthusiast very early on, and was employed by Evans Tuning around the time of its inception. He drives a GSR swapped Civic daily, and an AP1 S2000 on the weekends. Phil graduated with a degree marketing in 2008. Phil is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the Evans Tuning website, online store, and marketing/public relations. Phil also runs his own company Phil Koury Web Design making and maintaining web sites for various businesses.

Mechanic / Honda S2000 Specialist

Jeff Devos has over 10 years of mechanical experience and has specialized in Honda S2000's.

Before joining Evans Tuning at the end of 2011, Jeff ran his own business repairing and modifying S2000's. Jeff is now responsible for most S2000 modifications we perform as well as many other mechanical jobs around the shop such as clutch installs, coilover and spring installs, valve adjustments and even turbo kit or supercharger kit installs. Many happy customers can already attest to the quality of workmanship present in his work and we are happy to have him as a part of our team.
