Why did we write up the pre and post tuning checklist?
Evans Tuning first created the Pre-Tuning checklist a few years ago to help customers get their cars ready for a tuning appointment as well as cut down on the amount of cars that come in for tuning with problems. This proved to be a useful tool for many customers (and other shops who then came out with tuning checklists!), so we have since added to that checklist with some new areas of concern. Each week, we receive a handful of our customers contacting us who have been to us for tuning and are experiencing a “problem” with their car. We decided that a Post-Tuning checklist could help answer a lot of the questions that we get asked on a regular basis. We’re pretty certain that it’ll only be a matter of time before you start seeing more Post-Tuning checklists the same way you did with our Pre-Tuning checklists. We will do our best to continue to update these checklists with new information as we see fit. If there is anything you feel you experienced at your tuning appointment that might be a good lesson learned for another customer and you do not see it on our checklist already, email us and let us know.
