General Labor / Welding

  • Labor - $95/hour
  • Welding - $110/hour + materials
  • Diagnostic work - $40/half hour

  • Welding lug nuts - $25/lug nut


If you have an appointment for dyno tuning with us we will need to take the wheels off of your car. If you do not bring a wheel key and have locking steel lug nuts we can remove by welding a standard lug on top of them. Using this service will ruin your locking lugs. Please note that if you have aluminum or magnesium lugs and do not have the key we can not provide this service and as a result will be unable to tune your car. Tuning deposits will not be refunded under any circumstances if the we can not remove your lug nuts.

Installation

  • Resistor box and injectors install - $40.00
  • Map sensor install - $20.00
  • Intank fuel pump - $50.00
  • IAT sensor (code 10) - $40.00 (includes replacing sensor and labor)
  • Injectors install - $25.00

ECU

  • ECU Socketing - $50.00
  • Hondata s300 socketing - $75.00
  • Basemaps (Hondata s100/s200) - $50.00
  • Basemaps will only be given to customers who have scheduled appointments with a deposit. (Only applies to system where burning an eeprom chip is required)
  • Adding boost option to Hondata s300 ecu: $50.00
  • (Includes cost of hardware to be added to ECU, but does not include wiring, vacuum lines, or solenoid)
  • Modifying AEM box for cam trigger: $50.00

Engine

  • Compression and Leakdown Test - $50.00
  • Timing belt - $100.00


We reserve the right to deny this service and end the tuning appointment or charge additional labor if fixing the issue is going to take longer than it should as a result of space constraints in the vehicle.

Cylinder Head

  • Valve adjustment - $75.00 (Engine needs to be cold)
  • Cam Seals - $100.00 + cost of OEM Honda cam seal
  • Cam Gear Install - $100.00 + cost of OEM Honda cam seal
  • Cam Install - $150.00 (with or without gears, this will include the install and valve lash)

Exhaust

  • Test pipe fabrication - $100.00 (includes materials)
  • Opening up o2 sensor bung to proper size - $25.00
  • Adding an o2 bung - $75.00 (includes cost of welding and o2 bung)

Battery

  • Use of our shop battery for tuning session - $25.00
  • Purchase of new battery and install - $75.00
  • Alternator install - $100.00

Forced Induction Components

  • Charge piping - $20.00/bead roll
    • If charge pipes blow off excessively during the tuning appointment, we reserve the right to end the appointment early or you may have the option to get the proper clamps, couplers, and bead rolls at the shop.
  • Couplers - $15.00
  • T-bolt Clamps - $5.00
  • Dumptube fabrication - $150.00 (includes materials)

Oil and Coolant

  • Oil - $5.00/qt.
    • We have 10w30 nonsynthetic oil at the shop.
  • Bleeding the coolant system - $50.00

Shop Equipment / Cleanup

  • Use of shop fuel pressure guage during tuning session - $20.00
  • Use of shop distributor - $25.00
  • Fluid clean up fee (oil, coolant, tranny fluid) - $25.00

Notes:

Not all services can be performed on a last minute basis. We need to be aware at least one week before your appointment if you feel you will need to have some of these services performed (i.e. cam install, dumptube fabrication, race gas tune, etc.).

If you do not want to pay for any of the labor above in the event there is an issue with your car on the dyno and you feel you have the mechanical ability to fix the issue we will allow you to use the shop/tools to fix it. There will be an hourly charge for this of $75.00/hour.

All recommendations made on our site assume that vehicles are for off-road use only.
