| Deposit Policy: In order to schedule an appointment, we require a non-refundable 25% deposit up front before we will guarantee you an appointment. We must receive the deposit at the time the appointment is scheduled. Appointments are guaranteed on a first come, first served basis. For instance, if you call in the morning one day to schedule an appointment, but do not put the deposit down at that time and someone else calls later in the afternoon with their deposit to schedule an appointment and wants ‘your’ day, they get it. The deposit will be used towards your total bill on the day of your tuning appointment assuming one of the following happens:
- You show up for your regularly scheduled appointment
- You contact us one week before your appointment in order to reschedule
You will lose your deposit if you do not give us one weeks notice or if you simply do not show up for your appointment. One weeks notice means notifying us by the end of our business day, one week prior to the scheduled appointment. This means, if you send us an email or call and leave us a message after we have already closed you are not giving us one weeks notice.

***Please note that the deposit is non-refundable (even if you have your parents call us). Make sure that you want to schedule an appointment with us before you actually do it. If you simply decide that you do not want to get your car tuned by us or if you decide to sell your car before your appointment, you do not get your deposit back. If we are notified at least one week in advance of this, we will put a credit on file for you that can be used towards a rescheduled tuning appointment or towards the purchase of products. This credit will be good to use for up to 6 months before it is forfeited. We are serious about not having your parents call us. This does not change our policy. If you are old enough to put performance modifications on your car and old enough to call us and schedule the appointment, then you are old enough to understand that having your parents call about the fact that you are missing your appointment and losing your deposit won’t change our policy. We will not be held accountable for your irresponsibility.***
We will accept money order, personal check, cashier’s check, credit card, or paypal (must include 3%) for your deposits or purchases.
