This months Evans Tuning featured car is the Full Race EK Civic. This EK civic is owned by Full Race employees Aaron Teague and Henry Ong. Aaron and Henry decided to build a drag car that could represent Full Race, as well as showcase their own Honda building skills. With consultation from Evans Tuning the part selection was based around the K.I.S.S concept (Keep It Simple Stupid!). Using nothing that was not needed, and keep everything as simple as possible for reliability sake. Evans Tuning flew to Phoenix to tune this civic, as well as other cars in Full Race's fleet. The net result from the dyno was 800whp and 500wtq at 37psi on Locash Racing's DynaPack dyno. With some seat time this simple combination has run 10.01 @ 150mph. With the addition of on board datalogging, and Neptune's boost by gear and rpm feature this car can easily drop another 0.3~0.4 off of its e.t. Look for more action from this car, and lower e.t's in the future!
