This is the highest power supercharged S2000 we have tuned to date. The large Novi 1200 blower with an 18 psi pulley delivers massive power!

Great power from another bone stock K20z3 engine! This particular owner decided to do a return style fuel system, which allowed me to push a bit more power out of the set-up compared to other turbo Si’s that we have tuned. IDC was at 80% at the 500whp power pull. The midrange torque could be a bit better if Hondata boost control was used (AEM Tru boost was used).
AEM Tru Boost Gauge (Hondata Boost by Gear would have been preferred here)

Great results from bone stock F22c engine again, proving Honda makes one of the best and strongest 4 cylinder blocks around. Another 30-40 whp was possible with this car if the fuel system had enough capacity. IDC was around 94-95% at this power level, so tuning was stopped at that point. Precision 6265 had a 1.00 a/r turbine housing, which was starting to choke up with high back pressure around this point. With larger capacity fuel pumps, more base fuel pressure and larger exhaust housing 800 whp should be possible.

Car was previously running the Greddy Emanage Ultimate with poor drivability and overall poor performance. AEM EMS series 2 was swapped out and a custom tune was done. Stock starting, idle, drivability and huge increase in power were found!
The Tuning Rundown
This car was tuned using 93 octane and 110 octane @ 12psi and 18psi of boost.

Divided AFI turbo kit was nice, but has lackluster performance. The GT3076R is not available in large enough divided housings to make it work properly. This particular set-up hit a wall around 18-19 psi that was exhaust backpressure induced. A larger divided housing would have cured this issue, but none are available on the market.

Basic modifications on the stock engine produce great results! Full Race Turbo Kits are the only way to go if you are looking for big power for the new Honda Civic Si!

This car was tuned using 93 octane @ 16psi of boost.

Engine had stock B16a cams and intake manifold, which were extremely hindering power production! Another 100 whp of power is available with ITR cams and Edelbrock Victor X intake manifold.
The Tuning Rundown
This car was tuned using 93 octane @10 and 18psi of boost.

Overall Impression:
Power was very low due to the poorly designed log manifold. Runners were far too short, creating very high backpressure in the exhaust.
