To receive the quickest service please click on Tuning in our navigation menu to be taken through the process of setting up a Tuning Appointment at Evans Tuning. You will be taken through a special process made specifically to accommodate Tuning Customers.
Evans Tuning can ONLY answer technical questions through email. Unfortunately the office staff is really only able to take orders and setup tuning appointments.
Before emailing us to ask a question, please take a moment check through the information on our site. We have put a lot of time and effort into providing you with tech articles, checklists, testing results, and our forum so that all the information you need is right at your fingertips. If the answer to your question can not be found in one of these resources, all emails are generally answered within 24 hours.
If you do not have access to email, you can send a PM to anyone of us on our forum and we will see to it that the appropriate person gets the message and responds.
If you are contacting us for customer service on products purchased through another dealer/online vendor your email will not be answered. We are more than happy to provide unlimited tech support for all products/services purchased through Evans Tuning.
