Every year the timing is slightly different but when it happens, it happens incredibly fast. Tuning appointments are starting to go quickly with no signs of slowing. Currently we are only booked a bit over 2 weeks out (which really isn’t too bad considering previous years). However, we have booked 11 of these appointments in just 2 days. The phone has been ringing non-stop and I have just gotten a moment to sit and quickly update everyone on our current status.

If you are planning to book an appointment in March, I would guess that there is only about a week or so left to get one. A good portion of the weekends in April are already booked and what is left will probably go just as fast as the dates in March. We’ve made significant strides in cutting down on the amount of wait time, but we’ll only know how effective those efforts were after the “busy season” passes. We highly suggest booking your appointment before there is a significantly longer wait.
